The Heart Behind Pawsitive Minds

Catarina Gottwald Mondin established Pawsitive Minds in 2026 to unite clinical psychology with nature. My vision surfaced while observing high school classmates struggling under the immense pressure of final examinations. Driven to find a solution, I collaborated with my mentor, Thao, to research if therapy dogs could effectively lower cortisol levels. Our findings led to this dedicated space for healing and calm.

If you are a high school student who loves dogs and is experiencing overload stress due to school, this blog is perfect for you. Monthly posts will be published with loads of information on how your pet can help guide you through this difficult time.
